The benefits were great, that's it.

I worked here for two years and had to leave due to the toxic work environment. They don't know how to maintain clients, establish a healthy relationship with the clients, they can't keep teams together or working cohesively, and no one wants to do their job except for the minor few that need the paycheck; which then creates a lot of pressure and frustration on those who do their jobs because they're carrying the weight of the team. There are no opportunities to move up at this agency unless you are part of the 'boys group' and know the ropes on how to pass your work off onto other employees and take credit for it. With the higher-ups (particularly on the creative side) there's a lot of misogyny going on, they're lazy, pass the work off as much and often as possible, will NOT recognize the employees doing all the work, and will take credit for everything (especially if you're an entry-mid level). This place is run solely by men that've been in the industry long enough that they feel entitled and that everyone owes them something. They like to enforce outdated ideals of impossible work loads, expectations, and delusions of grandeur. If you're just trying to get your foot in the door, or just want to take a moment to appreciate your previous agency since this one is so terrible, then by all means go ahead. But this is not a place to stay at, I should've left after the first two months.
