Prós
Good pay, decent benefits, flexible with time but tasks still need to be accomplished (which is to be expected).
Contras
Leaders aren't empowered. There was a perpetual state of escalation to senior leadership so that they could drive everything by way of micromanagement. The parent company is almost exclusively about speed, and cost with quality as an after thought and from a quality perspective makes the job a never ending firefight.
