Some of the people here are really nice and some managers will try and help you out as much as they can. Ellen, Andy and Steve are the only ones doing their jobs This place was amazing when I first started, the hours were Long but the people made up for it

Other managers will do whatever they can to trip you up, Your problems will just be a game to them When you bring it to the attention of another team leader they will make excuses for them. Such as you've taken a homophobic comment the wrong way or you much be mistaken when it's borderline sexual harassment from a former team leader. Long hours Be expected to bend over backwards for a promotion or work that job title without the job being given to you or recognition. I was doing a role and was told twice someone else was getting it "this time and work a little harder" All freedom was taken away with auto answer and having to tell team leaders when you needed the toilet. Bonus structure became a joke, you would fail call audits for stupid reasons, because the people auditing you haven't got a clue what they're doing that's why they were given the audit job in the first place.
