Clients: Most of the clients at Riithink are a pleasure to work with, which can make certain aspects of the job more enjoyable. Coworkers: The majority of my coworkers at Riithink were not only talented but also supportive and helpful. Their collaboration and expertise often made challenging tasks more manageable.

Work Environment: The work environment at Riithink is highly unstable. People come and go frequently, not because of their talent or performance, but due to the unpredictable nature of the company president. One day, you might be in their good graces, and the next day, you're out. This lack of consistency breeds insecurity and contributes to a toxic atmosphere. Client Loss: The company regularly loses clients, which adds tremendous pressure on employees to perform. This constant churn affects morale and makes it difficult to focus on long-term goals. Leadership: I experienced firsthand what can only be described as bullying from upper management, particularly the president. Many of my colleagues shared similar experiences, feeling undervalued and intimidated. Decisions seemed to be made on a whim rather than through thoughtful consideration, leading to confusion and frustration among staff. Overall, while there are some positive aspects to working at Riithink, the negative aspects outweigh them significantly. I would caution anyone considering employment here to thoroughly evaluate the work environment and leadership dynamics before making a commitment.
