There is nothing that leadership won’t do and that makes such a big impact. They are there to support you no matter how big or small. Feedback is everything and leadership welcomes it. Feedback is very normalized. You also get a great sense of community here with customers, team, and leaders.

Parking as an employee at this location can be a little tough but not terrible.

The coworkers and customers are the best part of rooted. they’re all so close to one another, it really is a community.

the management!!!! not only do they drop new menus super last minute, not offer training to new shift leads or staff, they fire people randomly with no warning or talk! you’ll think you’re doing good because they’ll tell you you’re doing good and then fire you the next day. they’ve fired multiple employees while i was there and multiple after i left as well. it makes working there a little stressful because you never know how good of a job you’re doing or if you’re doing something wrong. jenny the owner once told me that she likes working in california because she can fire people without reason. they also promise raises that you’ll never get because “they forgot” the schedule is always messed up and you have to pay extra close attention to the payroll because sometimes that’s wrong too!
