Honestly, Rooter has been a great place to work. While there’s always noise around companies, my personal journey here has been incredibly positive.

Culture & Leadership: The leadership team is approachable and focused on building people, not just chasing targets. It’s a supportive environment where ideas are valued.
Of course, no company is perfect, and everyone has their own experience. But I believe if you can’t say something positive about your workplace and only choose to speak negatively behind its back, that says more about your character than the company.
