The company encourage their employee to be flexible with different restructuring of organization. Their 401K plan is OK, because they are not being matched until you have reached your 1 year term in the company.

Mandatory re-certifications of greenbelt projects every 2 years. Perhaps make it longer than that, like at least 4 years. The promotions should be at least every two years instead of just having to promote somebody because they happened to have worked on a successful project. So, the loyalty of their employee should be recognized on how many years they have put into the company. They should match your 401K as soon as you joined the company, not when you have invested 1 year to the company before they match it. Getting promoted is very political.
