Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We value and consider all feedback and we’ll continue to improve but I wanted to address a couple of your specific concerns here. We understand that like most work environments, there are periods of greater pressure. The workload varies from day to day and across months. It is not always easy to predict what days/times will be busy. At these times we divert staff from other areas to help out if needed. We are currently recruiting new staff to join the team. We always run an open-door policy in Unity and value staff opinion. As Unity continues to grow, we are continuously looking for ways to enhance employee benefits. Pay is market rates for the skills and experience that a new starter has. As they progress and gain more experience, this is reflected in their pay. As a company, we conduct regular market research and stay ahead of the competition in this regard.
