Contras

Overwork. Embarrassingly underpaid - the average CSM base salary is $75k. At eScreen you make $45-50k base salary for the same work. EXTREMELY OVERWORKED. You will drown in work. Going on vacation is scary because you may come back to a pile of work just left for you because there’s little to no support. Management does not do a good job at advocating for their employees. No bonuses structure because they don’t create KPIs or Metrics that you can be paid for when it comes to retention/renewal/upsell of clients

Seems like a cool place to work at first.

Contras

Job titles are constantly in flux, bosses have a weekly meeting with not real purpose, had to work through lunch tons of times while being told to clock out for lunch hour your worked during, parking is terrible, there is no communication between departments which means everyone is always yelling at someone else, no one takes responsibility for what they are doing, and if you try to move up in the corporate ladder they will black ball you and find a reason to let you go.
