- Not customer oriented; - They’ll offer the most expensive product to reach their goals and bank targets; - There’s a lot of fake clients to reach targets; - They are not GDPR complaint (clients data is seen by everyone at the company); - They don't care about customers nor employees; - Fire and hire culture; - No defined strategy; - Hiring is not related to people skills but level of friendship with the leadership; - There's no meritocracy promotion (only if you're friends with leadership); - They do a lot of illegal customer acquiring; - Not a data driven culture; - Ego dispute everyday in all meetings; - No women in leadership; - Lack of company vision, lack of culture, lack of confidence in their employees, lack of women, lack of smart people. For them (leadership) the less opinion the employee has, less questions he/she asks, the more they obey and become the leadership preferred type of employee, the “yes, sir” type.
