Prós
Metamap is a very diverse company, hiring people worldwide, and connecting different cultures together. We have a lot of autonomy and flexibility with our work and the leadership really trusts and listens to the employees.
Contras
We still don't have local entities in countries outside US, so that can be a con for some people because of legal benefits but that's something the company is already looking into.
