Good budget to buy devices and perks
Contras
They expect to be available 24/7, also on weekends,.. constant lay offs and changes of leadership, lack of planning for incidents and there´s no enough engineers to solve bugs, also the software has a lot of issues and instead of fix they creaate new functions, with more bugs;

Nice salary and benefits, the opportunity to work with a diverse team worldwide, learn and develop resilience. Had the chance to meet some of my favorite people and work with a great team.
Contras
Constant layoffs and changes in direction and leadership. Expected to be available at all times. The executive team is very political but not too considerate of its employees. Hired for a position below my experience (I'm guessing to pay less).
