I’ve been with the company for over two years now, and I can genuinely say it’s been a rewarding chapter in my career. What stands out the most is the team culture: smart, kind, and deeply committed people who genuinely care about their craft and each other. We’re fully remote and truly global, and our open source foundation means transparency and impact are baked into everything we do. There’s a strong focus on excellence, whether you’re in engineering, ops, or any other part of the org, the bar is high and people take real pride in doing their work well.
Contras
That said, it’s still a startup. Things move fast, not everything is perfectly structured, and sometimes you’ll need to figure things out as you go. It’s not the right place for someone who wants a rigid playbook or expects to be told exactly what to do. But if you’re proactive, adaptable, and energized by contributing to advancing the web3 space, you’ll do well here.
