      - Flexible working hours - 10 paid days off per year - A fairly hourly rate can be achieved in US dollars - In cases of contract termination by the client, always tries to reassign them to other clients. There is also the possibility of staying with the company earning half the hourly rate for a certain period of time until a new client is found - Good team to work with

      Contras

      - The clients are not usually large companies, so you may encounter less than ideal development experiences. - As with any company that works with outsourcing, your position is tied to the client, and in the event of contract terminations, layoffs, etc., it is not guaranteed that you will continue to be employed. As the market is dynamic, this can happen more often than you would like.

      Good company, like other consultancy agencies if you will have a good time at work will depends on the client

      My contract ended in 8 months because the client runs out of money and finished the partnership with software mind
