O Plano de Saúde é um percentual que a empresa paga do plano SulAmérica, onde se a pessoa quiser manter o plano mais básico, a pessoa completa com cerca de R$30, ou se quiser um plano melhor, completa de acordo com a diferença. Vale refeição e alimentação são ótimos, acima da média local. Participação de lucros varia bastante de acordo com as metas batidas e a área de atuação, no geral é satisfatória porém poderia melhorar bem mais.
There are quite a few benefits you can get but the salary is way too low. The company takes too long to give promotions/raises. And almost always end up losing valuable assets.
Some benefits are mandated by law: Maternity & Paternity Leave, 30-days Vacation, some non-specified amount of Sick Leave, so I will answer no on those (they didn't add anything that was not required by law). Most benefits were directly laid down by the division lead, so they varied a lot. The associated health insurance company was very good, the training vouchers were related to short, mostly informal courses on software engineering, and they were not issued by the company - the business association which the company was part of issued them. In the longer courses, there was co-pay by the employee. The company has no HR, so noises in the communication between the benefits providers and the employee were often left unresolved.
