Entrevista
A phone screen followed by two manager interviews. All interviews were casual/conversational which was refreshing.
My main concerns about the job were that it didn't seem like they actually knew what they were looking for. The title "specialist" typically means someone mid-level, but they wanted director-level strategy and vision. And with no focused comms team, it sounded like a recipe for burnout.
The interview process was fine though, they were transparent and communicative throughout the process which I appreciated. I didn't get an offer but I wasn't disappointed after learning more about the role.

Tell me about your experience in CX communications.
Phone screen with a Talent Acquisition Specialist, then 3 rounds of interviews (two 1:1, one 2:1) with stakeholders I would be working with/reporting to in the role. These took place over the course of 3 weeks. Interviews were less formal and more conversational, which led to great discovery that we were a mutual fit.
