I applied online and received a call two days later. I was called for an initial phone interview that took about 30 minutes with HR. I was asked if I knew what the job entailed and I said that I knew it was mostly contacting prospective students about 2U's online programs. Following the call, I scheduled a second interview where the interviewer described the job as a phone sales job and that I would be calling up to about a hundred people a day.

I initially had an HR screening interview over the phone. Then I had a phone interview with one of the team managers. It was a friendly and casual interview about my background and experience. I then was asked to come in for a final in person interview. The interview was conducted by the team manager, two people on the team, and another manager from a different team. I was asked to prepare a short presentation on anything that interested me so they could get a feel for how I explained a process. I was told I would hear back within the next two weeks. I never heard from them again, despite sending follow up emails to the HR rep and the team manager. I was shocked that a company that seems to pride itself on its company culture would just never get back to me and ignore my emails.
