Entrevista
There were 2 phase of interview. First one was with HR and standard questions as why 3M, what is your expectations etc. Second one was with the marketing director and marketing coordinator. Told me about projects and asked questions to determine if I fit one of them.
One to one interview with hiring manager, asked basic questions such as experience and goals. Overall, very pleasant, more interested in your interest and why you chose to go for the internship

Entrevista
Straight to the point. Interviewer was friendly. Interviewer screen through all applications resume which I felt was fair. Interviewer also hired based on past experience instead of grades which I'm greatful for.
Panel interview. The interview process was casual. Mostly generic questions asked like what made u choose this job, what do u plan to learn during your time here, have u applied to any companies aside from ours, reason for applying to those companies
