they were way too stiff and "professional" for my liking - a little robotic and devoid of any human soul. Made me feel like a child talking to a principle instead of adults having a conversation. Didn't get picked for the role but that was probably a good thing!

Il colloquio con 3M si è svolto in un clima molto professionale ma allo stesso tempo informale e collaborativo. Dopo un primo incontro conoscitivo, sono stato invitato a un secondo colloquio presso la sede, dove ho avuto l’opportunità di visitare i laboratori e conoscere da vicino le attività legate alla divisione Electrical Markets.

Entrevista
The interview process included a scheduled phone interview that lasted about a half hour followed by a four hour on-site interview requiring 2 presentations on yourself and one of their products. Followed by never hearing back again and no responses to multiple inquiries about the job status.
