Easily the worst interview process I had during my whole career. After the first interview, they extended an offer, but they made me wait three months for the contract despite my weekly follow-up calls. While they assured me of their continued interest, they kept postponing the process. Finally, when I received the contract, I requested the removal of a clause (preventing me to pursue side hustles) that didn't align with my preferences. Surprisingly, they abruptly changed their stance on my recruitment, claiming that my request for modifications demonstrated a lack of motivation on my part. A complete waste of time. The company should reevaluate their hiring policy.
