Entrevista
This is a follow up from my last post in December, AA replied to my posting that I could get in touch and follow up with them with an email, I did this, they advised someone would call in January after christmas break to discuss, they have never called back. I have repeatedly emailed for them to contact but they are just ignoring my emails, I really would like to discuss with them the issues i had with their recruitment process considering they had my CV. They don't seem to want to hold up to their word.

Entrevista
Invited to one way video interview, my first experience with such an impersonal interview tool and my worst nightmare really. I hate role-playing or situations that require me to look at myself or focus on a Webcam when I'm not even speaking to a person. They state they are so busy but it will be reviewed by a real person, and could take 5 days yet I received a rejection email 19 minutes after submitting. It took me far longer to prepare and do the interview and was apparently not even worth a few minutes more consideration... I'm an experienced worker, having worked in customer service for over 20 years and call centres, IT admin as a Team manager, Incident manager and many other roles, very successfully. I recently went through treatment for cancer so wanted to get into part time remote work to get back into it, have also been interested in the financial services industry for years so I can offer a lot and learn a lot. They don't have the time to spend interviewing live, and as per my rejection email don't have the time to even tell me why. But they sure only took 19 minutes to watch, consider, mark and decide I'm not good enough to even progress to an online assessment or actual interview. I highly doubt the claim that all videos are watched and reviewed by an actual hiring manager, and even if it was, they had time to view and reject me in 19 minutes, perhaps they couks spare 2 more to tell me why....awful. I don't think they value their people or the candidates so I'm not terribly disappointed, I just think it's appalling.
