The process was rather generic and straight forward. I was offered a position right then and there. There was a little disorganization as I could tell the individuals holding the interview were not used to interviewing.

After filling out the application I was contacted by the HR Manager via email to set up a time to talk about the position. After that initial phone call we set up a time to interview. I came into the office, met with the HR manager, the CFO, the Payroll Manager, and the Receptionist in 20-30 minute increments each. It was a very different interview model than I was used to.
