First was a phone screen. Then I was brought in for a panel interview. The first part was a panel/group interview with multiple people, including the hiring manager. Then once the panel interview was completed, I met with each person individually,

Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter online for a posted role, and I applied. I also applied for the BDM position, which aligned better with my experience. I interviewed with the local hiring manager, and the role covered only California and Reno. The hiring manager was great to speak with, his manager was wonderful, and my direct report seemed like a solid fit as well. Their focus was on influencing end users.
One-Way Video Interview. Auf vorgegeben 5 Fragen muss per Video innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet werden. Man hat drei Anläufe pro Frage, braucht die aber teilweise auch. Kein Feeback.
Eine der 5 aufgezeichneten Antworten war letztendlich technisch durch irgendwelche digitalen Problem vollkommen unverständlich. Neu Aufzeichnen nicht mehr möglich.

The process was clearly communicated and mapped out.
However, both the first contact and offer took a long while, so long that I almost gave up.
