Entrevista
Over a 2 month period, I had 3 phone calls with 2 different people (presumably one “screener” and then the hiring manager, twice). The last call I had, the hiring manager told me the next step would be an in-person meeting with the rep I would be supporting, In South Orange County (I live in and the position was in Los Angeles), and the in person wouldn’t be until 2 weeks after this call. At this point, I’d been interviewing for over a month. The hiring manager N E V E R got back to me to schedule, never replied to the follow up attempts I made.
Two days ago, I got an email from ABM HR stating that they were going to move forward with another candidate. Seriously... I already started a new position a month ago, but geez, imagine if I really believed the lady when she said I was going to be a perfect fit and she was scheduling the in person for my benefit.

Entrevista
The interview process was over the phone and with three different managers, including Director of Human Resources, the Regional Vice President of Operations, and the regional Vice President of Sales.
