Interview process was smooth. Really easy going conversation with 2 executives. Showed my portfolio, talked about things in the industry. Very transparent of company history and their plans for the future of the company. Offered me position during interview.

What my current job duties at my current company were to make sure this new role would be something I felt comfortable in.
Interview with 3 people. It was fairly casual, easy conversation. No gotcha question, just talk about previous work experiences, and goals for future. Very nice people, easy to talk to.

Interview process was okay up until the end. They gave me such a low ball offer that I was actually insulted by it. I should've known this was a cheap company when they needed to check if I was eligible to claim federal work tax credit off of.
