first round can be telephonic which technical round, one more face to face technical and then final HR round . first telephonic would be very basic and if they happy then will invite for the second round technical which would be face to face and that is little difficult becasue 2-3 person would be ask the questions at the same time and questions more in to practical scenarios and some realistic , live scenario related questions they will ask and if that round pass, then directly to HR round
