Be careful when talking about pay. Quick and charming. They need people all the time (worked here for over two years) because people continuously quit. BCBAs are all over book with their caseloads and communication is bad. Little guidance to new highers between the ages of 18 and 21 who have no experience with ABA. They low ball the younger RBTs below minimum wage.

The interview was smoothly. They answered all my questions I had but the job they asked what do I have experienced working with kids with autism how I feel of working with them when they have a certain behavioral needs. What would I do if my client is having a hard transition. Am I willing to work to get my RBT? How long have you been working with kids with autism

Long and a little stressfull
You have to pass different tests and medical exams. Vaccines etc
Trainers are not very friendly, most of them. There was one that was nice along the way.
