      Entrevista para TotalSource Sales Representative

      Nenhuma oferta
      Experiência negativa

      Candidatura

Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 6 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela ADP (Memphis, TN) em jun. de 2012

      Entrevista

1.5 months of wasted time. I had a horrible experience with ADP. I was told by the recruiter that I was applying for the TotalSource position. I had phone interviews with the recruiter, the VP of sales, and the district VP. After each one, the recruiter told me that I had the job in the bag and that the next step was that I was going to go on a ride-along and then be offered the job with a base pay of $56,500. Then, I had an in-person interview scheduled with the district VP Jeff Michalec. I found out last minute that this was not a ride-along, but another formal interview. I, yet again, took time off of work for this. The interview was incredibly unprofessional. Jeff really just talked at me as though he had written me off the second he noticed I was taller than him (seriously, it's sad). He did not bother to ask any questions about me. And then he dropped the bomb--that he wasn't considering me for the TotalSource position. That he was considering me for a lesser position that paid less, though he COULDN'T REMEMBER what the salary for the position he was interviewing me for paid. It was the most insulting interview I have ever been a part of. I risked my job taking so much time off of work for all of the runaround interviews I had. I only did this because the recruiter told me that I had the job in the bag and I was the only one they were considering for it. After that final interview, I called the recruiter, Dayna Corona, two times and sent two additional emails to her kindly asking for an explanation of why she told me I was interviewing for TotalSource while Jeff had something else in mind for me. I still have not heard back from her--or Jeff--or Mike O'Sullivan about the confusion. And I must say, Jeff was a real jerk in the interview--apart from the whole bate and switch that happened with the job I was applying for.

      Pergunta 1

The questions were typical sales job interview questions. Nothing really mind-boggling there.
