Laughable. Recruiters send candidates to the Sales Managers that are sub par at best. But it is on the shoulder of the sales manager to not only hit their number, but recruit , train , and be in the field with the new reps while still managing the existing ones. They have 0 help. AGM’s are useless because they have their noses buried in email all day. Yet in most cases, the sales manager doesn’t make the final decision. The AGM does. And very few of them know anything about sales. They know more about operations. They are glorified technicians at best.

Very casual interview process. Had one interview with branch manager. He builds good rapport and is upfront about your expectations as a sales rep. He gives time for you to ask questions and understand the business

It was an hour long but was easy to do, the offices are very small but the managers are cool. I would work for the company again even with the interview being a little long you speak mostly of yourself and past experiences or what you are willing to accomplish

Simple process that started with a quick orientation about the company. Started with some facts about crime and the history of the company, then about the numbers and potential revenue. After we were all interviewed individually.
