Pretty intense process, lots of really good students called to the recruitment event. Lots of upper level managers. Large emphasis on how you interact with others. Make sure you prepare for the interview in order to not ramble. Some of the questions listed on this site were ones asked to me or to other students being interviewed. Overall a good experience and different from other interviews I've done with other (smaller) companies.
