Very lax, somewhat informal with am enjoyable walkthrough. Depending on which highering manager will dictate how difficult the interview will be. No real experience needed prior to entering this interview. It seems they like new college grades due to probably the lower salary they can offer.

Applied on Ziprecruiter and was contacted by HR to schedule an in-person interview and plant tour. When I arrived at the facility I met with the hiring manager. He gave a tour of the facility which lasted for 1.5 hours and then took me to a meeting room as he scoured the plant for project engineers for a makeshift interview panel. I was then asked questions by 3 guys who had no business interviewing anyone as they were not at all prepared. Then, after the interview I never heard from anyone from AER ever again.
