First round was a mental math test, second round was a personality test, third round was a hireview webcam interview asking about a strategy game. Got dinged after third round. Next would be phone interview then onsite.

Numbers focused, questions heavily focused on probability and distribution theory. Some question on why quant trading, numbers, and background is required but quickly gets into math and numbers parts - wanted to know if you can react quickly
okay process, start with fast test about mental maths and sequences with many questions in few minutes, after that one way video interview with maths questions, time pressure both tests

Resume screen, online assessment. Automatically got the online assessment which consisted of what you would expect from trading firm (probability, mental math, etc.) If you practice it is definitely doable
