I finished college 2 years ago and am working full time as a manager.I wanted to move up and decided to try Aldi since they would hire fresh grad & all salaries information is posted online. I applied online and did not get a respond till 2 months later. They scheduled me a phone interview with an operation director that took place 2 weeks later but it was delayed for another 2 weeks. Phone interview was OK, very standard resume & experience questions. Then, they called me the very same day to have a face to face interview in their office/warehouse next week. There were 4 of us with 5 directors from different departments + VP. They gave us a tour of the warehouse, then we all got 1:1 interview with all of them. 2 current DM came in and took us to a local store then back to the office to have a lunch with the team. A week later, I received a mail that they declined my application. ** The interview was ok and they questions were easy because I have management experience, so all the things that they asked I face it everyday. However, I know they were looking for very specific answer.
