Started with a presentation and dinner the night before the interview on campus. Had an employee sit at every table and you were encouraged to ask questions and get to know them. The next day, everyone was scheduled for interviews on campus in 20-30 minutes intervals. Was basically asked why you are interested in the job, what makes you a good candidate, and then a situational question or two. The interview was very short and got a letter in the mail not too long after saying they weren't interested.

There were 3 rounds of interviews. First two interviews were over zoom, and the final interview was in person. The in-person interview required a group of us to visit a warehouse and a store.
