Very arduous process made up of 6 steps overall
Long and drawn out with very little care given to who you are, treated like just a number and didn't speak to anyone even up to step 4
Management is condescending and not open to discussion to gain a better understanding of you as an individual. Felt very belittled and was an extremely unpleasant experience. Unlikely to be a positive workplace, based on this experience
