I was called to discuss an implementation manager role. The role was exactly what I was doing in my previous role and had been for over 7 years. We went thru the basic questions of my day to day and over the role itself AMN was hiring for. I was told by the recruiter I was a great fit for them and they had 2 positions open. She would call me back in 48 hours for next steps. She sent me the benefits information and I never heard anything from that point as far as next steps. I followed up via email but received no response. I had AMN listed as a top company I was targeting but later had to cross them out due to the interview process being very poor.
