I interviewed here as a fresh college graduate, it was a standard interview for an entry level position. Two weeks after the interview I sent follow up emails to both owners (who were the interviewers) to inquire about the status of my interview and never heard anything back. Besides the lack of professionalism in ghosting, the pay was lower than their competitors and they offer less benefits too.
