I appreciated the opportunity to interview for the Client Success Manager role. The interview process was well-organized, and the interviewers were friendly and informative. I would, however, have liked a bit more clarity on the next steps in the process and how performance is measured within the first few months of joining. Nonetheless, I found the discussion insightful and engaging, and it strengthened my interest in the position.
