Hiring personnel had neither the knowledge or experience to craft and pose questions appropriate to my field of expertise. Many told stories of life in Alaska; fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, etc.. Interview schedule was disorganized resulting in unscheduled meetings with unprepared managers.
