If you are already involved with ATA then a job will be more accessible to obtain. For me I was already a black belt and they asked me if I would like to assist them with the younger kids classes. If you show that you are dedicated and are willing to put in the time and effort then that is a great part of getting hired. After I taped with my interviewer they asked me when I was available to to work and set up a schedule for me. I had to fill out paper work put it took around a week to get everything done and finally begin working.
