applied online. Had a phone interview. After the phone interview, set up a virtual interview with the regional manager and 3 other therapists. They asked basic questions. Got the offer shortly after that and accepted.

Phone interview where we walked through my resume/experiences. In person interview where we discussed goals and vision. Shadow experience where I observed the clinic and was able to ask any remaining questions.
