Phone screening with the Recruiter first. Next day, got an email asking for the in person interview within the same week. Confirmed and the recruiter changes the date/time again. Confirmed again and no reply. Sent reminder and she asked for time change again. The in person interview was with 2 interviews. They seems in a hurry for lunch break and finished with few minutes. They didn't even ask if I have any questions at all. Was supposed to get back from them as they mentioned in the interview. Followed up with the recruiter and no response at all. If you go through the reviews from their past/ current employers, some managers do support favoritism to different races and gender of the person and I think that is true. Lots of negative comments from the people who have worked here for years. If you are posting the job over and over again in every month and can't find the talent, may be its time to look in the mirror. Don't apply here. They don't treat applicants as humans.
