First interview was with HR. A typical HR interview. Second interview is a technical interview with two data scientists. I introduced myself briefly and was asked to give more details on one project I worked on. Then there was a use case on which they were asking technical questions. It was a very interesting discussion rather than an interview. They were providing me feedback during the interview and I managed to answer most of their questions. I had a good impression and was expecting to move to the last round of interview, which is also another technical interview with another use case. However, I was rejected with a generic email. I sent an email to ask for feedback but of course I was ghosted. Candidates spend time reading about the company and preparing for those interviews. It would be nice to show some respect and reply to their email when they ask for feedback. What a waste of my time ...
