It was alright. Basic Questions were asked. Starting with an introduction about oneself, then any prior experiences, why you want to apply for this role, your strengths and weaknesses etc. Overall it was an OK experience.

The telephonic interview done by the interns of that non government organization, The interview is not that difficuilt. it was easy to moderate. the experience was quite good overall. There are 4 departments in the organisation.

It is good for starting career. It is an NGO so good exposure. Although it’s unpaid. I liked it. Got to know about it through Internshala and a friends referral.
