I applied to Abbvie in December of 2021 for a recruiter position. I had several interviews and received positive feedback. Then I never heard from them again, after being told I would hear back by the end of the week.

Unfortunately, the interview process at AbbVie was not a good experience. I was being considered for multiple Recruiter positions at once, and the hiring managers I spoke with did not seem to be aware. They shuffled me from one interview to the next (for a total of 6) with very little communication. No concern for the candidate experience at all...it seemed as though the mentality was that I should be thankful to AbbVie for being interviewed with their organization. I ended up dropping out of consideration as I realized this is not a company I want to work for.

First a phone screen with a recruiter which was fine then 30 minutes with the Manager on Teams. The interview with the Manager was literally one of the worst interviews I’ve been on. She was unprepared and wasn’t paying attention the entire time.
