Walked in for an interview which consisted of two people and the manager. Really easy questions based on personality. Be outgoing and get to know the candidates before the actual interview while you are waiting for the manager. It will be a lot more comfortable and you will feel more confident in front of the interviewer. Keep your answers short, not too lengthy and try to be original from the other candidates. Ask questions appropriate to each section they go over during the interview. This will make it seem like you are really interested in the job. After the interview, wait a week and if you get a phone call then congrats! If you don't, you can try again in 6 months.
