Entrevista
First day a round a interview with some simple questions. Second day is the most interesting one ... The owner will manipulate as if he has a big empire and you can be a part in that . You will be assigned a leader and will be asked to visit door to door and ask people to donate money for a NGO 'Plan' . This is what they call face to face marketing fooling the innocents and taking a part from their money as salary. I really doubt is there any such NGO. Anyways for the rest of the day you will roaming door to door and also catch random people and manipulate them to pay for the FAKE NGO they call it as 'Random Pitching'. After this you will be taken back to office and so called the owner will ask some nonsense questions related to what did you learn by your experiences. Don't fall into this trap the owner talks so convincing saying we will train you be become CEO of a company and all nonsense. Coming to the funny part according to the owner he doesn't believe in 'fixed salary' like wow , rest of world is fool to pay a part of salary as fixed. But in this company fixed salary is 0 (zero) . So employees earn RS.205 from each 1200 rs they get from clients by fooling them. At the end its a win - win for Mr. Owner.

It was a 2 day thing.
The first day they just judge your personality. On the second day,they test confidence and enthusiasm. relaxed interview for a confident person.
Just speak what you feel and you will get through.

Entrevista
I was told that there will be 1 round of interview for selection but Interview was of 2 rounds and on the third day I got the job offer letter.
Before 1st round of interview they will ask to fill a form (normal details of applicant and reasons for application ).
If you will be selected in 1st interview then you will be called second day when again you have to give a test of three sections management skills, english, and apti reasoning then for further practical evaluations you will be accompanied by a employee (which call team lead or senior team lead,well dressed people) to the customer (normal people living in any locality by approaching door 2 door) for getting the funds raised in the name of NGOs like Pan India. For doing that they even speak number of lies like we already have got funds from your neighbour while in reality they have not. i am not sure about the authenticity of this company but if it is so then why does it asks a minimum fund of rs twelve hundred for the charity to customers.you will be told that you will learn a lot of management things. at the end of the second day you will again be facing a final interviewfor which you will be given the result on the same dayand you will be called on the next day for getting the offer letter and orientation.on the third day only they will tell you about your salary,and this is the most important thing that there is no basic salary,you will be getting seventeen percent of the sales you are making that is two hundred five rupees for every twelve hundred rupees.
if you don't get any sales will not earn anything at all. they will try to lure by telling different discipline incentive and from other incentives..they don't say that they're getting the percentage from the charity. you can go there if you want to work very hard and by telling lies you want to earn. full day u have to work especially you will not get the saturday or sunday off, while monday will be off.
working hours would be told as eight hours from tuesday to thursday and ten hours on saturday and sunday. i told you the whole story now it's up to u, because they are not going to pay any basic well whatever you will earn you will get the percentage from that only.
