The interview process was very thorough and consisted of the following stages: 1) Initial chat with HR 2) Interview with 2 senior members of the team 3) Presentation based on a case study with Q&As after 4) Final interview with Head of Department Some of the questions I was asked during the interviews at stages 2) and 3) were rather challenging. However it was reassuring to see that the company makes such an effort to ensure that they hire the right people with the right experience and skillset.

The interview process was very in-depth as AP takes great care in finding candidates that are a strong cultural fit. The interview process kicked off with a 45-minute phone call with a member of AP's talent team, followed by a homework assignment consisting of 3 exercises relevant to the role. The third step was a video interview with an Account Director and Account Manager. I was then given a few days to put together a presentation based on a mock client case study. I presented to the hiring team over a video call. Lastly, I met with a member of the leadership team in person for an informal coffee meeting. I was impressed with everyone I interacted with and felt that the interview process was rigorous yet straightforward. It was challenging, but not once did any part of the process seem unnecessary or superfluous.
