*Warning, this company is just all brand image, I'm laughing at how they can even say that working at Accenture is "truly human", when in fact of what they did to applicants like me, how they deceived applicants cause I'm not the only one. I got a call stating I was scheduled for contract signing after confirmation, the next day I got a call withdrawing the contract signing offer. The reason is very vague, but I have thoughts that they changed their mind last minute, but coming from a company as huge as this branding themselves as truly human shouldn't make a mistake as big as this. Because after I received the initial call that I got the job, I immediately rejected all my current job offer because I thought I got the offer and said the good news to my parents. Followed by a heartache the day afterwards that I didn't get the job, without any reasons about the withdrawal of the job position. Learning shortly afterwards that they are still looking for people in this job position, and inviting the people who didn't make it to the shortlist for interviews. For future applicants prepare to be disappointed and be treated like this, I have friends who applied and received no status on their application, they can just left the applicants hanging without notice.
There was a group case study, then afterwards a shortlist for the next step which includes a group/panel interview. It was a lengthy interview wherein managing directors of Accenture are gathered to observe you.
Questions during the group/panel interview are personal questions and situational questions and what would you do.
During the interview I just shared myself and who I truly am.
