I interned at Accenture during the summer and had the opportunity to show interest for a full-time role. I did an online assessment (nothing too technical), 1 phone screen, then two 45 mins interviews (a day ago). I’m still in school for Computer Science but have been told about the interview process for companies for software engineers and Accenture’s was not the usual process. For final interview #1 I did a Technology Showcase and discussed the topic in detail with my interviewer. Then, was asked some other questions around the technology I chose and how I would do certain things. For the interview #2 it was much more of an interview where the interviewer asked a series of questions to gauge my skills and competencies. Overall, not a bad process. Still waiting on an offer or decision.
